Andrew Catterall
Andrew is currently the Director of Human Resources at Liverpool Hope University, previously being the Director of HR at Nugent Care following a number of years in various personnel posts with Merseyside Police.
Andrew has a Masters with distinction in employment law and employee relations. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. In addition to his skills and experience in his main HR role Andrew specialises in Equality and Diversity issues.
Andrew played a key role in the lead up to transfer as the Chair of LMH's Staffing and Organisation Committee. Post transfer Andrew has taken on the role as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit and Governance Committee.
