Bill Lacey (Chair)
Bill is currently Head of Growth and New Opportunities at Helena Partnerships. Bill has over 30 years experience of working in the Social Housing Sector. he was previously Managing Director of Maritime Housing Association. Bill is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Bill brings a wide range of relevant professional experience and skills to the Board and also has extensive governance experience as a Board Member of a variety of Groups and as the former Chair of NHF Merseyside Housing Management Forum.
Bill has played a key role in helping the Board to develop over the period approaching transfer and post transfer he has led the development of our strategic direction, policy and governance. As Chair it is Bill who ensures that the Board work effectively with the Executive Management Team to deliver the promises made by LMH at transfer.
