Bruce Johnson
Bruce is currently employed by the Leeds and Yorkshire Housing Association and was recruited to the Board for his property and technical expertise in particular, but, he also brings a wider knowledge base through his housing association experience. Bruce is a qualified surveyor.
Bruce was responsible for developing and managing a procurement strategy for 11,500 properties and he has directly managed planned, cyclical and reactive maintenance contracts.
Bruce has worked on the Capital Works Programme and pre-transfer he was the Chair of the Repairs sub-committee. Post-transfer he is a member of the Customer Experience Committee.
