Bruce Johnson
Bruce is currently employed by the Home Group and was recruited to the Board for his property and technical expertise in particular, but, he also brings a wider knowledge base through his housing association experience. Bruce is a qualified surveyor.
Bruce was responsible for developing and managing a procurement strategy for 11,500 properties and he has directly managed planned, cyclical and reactive maintenance contracts.
Bruce has worked on the Capital Works Programme and pre-transfer he was the Chair of the Repairs sub-committee. Post-transfer he is the Chair of the Repairs and Maintenance Working Group which will focus on important issues such as monitoring performance and good practice.
