Janet Bell (North West area board)
Janet was appointed to the Board at LMH's first Annual General Meeting on 28th September 2009.
Having been actively involved with LMH since stock transfer on 1st April 2008, Janet has been on a number of tenant panels including its Anti-Social Behaviour, Equality and Diversity, Grants Initiative and Option Appraisal panels. Janet has also acted as a tenant inspector and has served on LMH's North West Area Board since its inception post-transfer, a position she will continue to fulfil following her appointment.
Janet feels that this wealth of experience will be essential to her in her role as an LMH board member, providing a valuable insight into how LMH needs to develop as an organisation; in particular, the increased engagement of young and disabled tenants and leaseholders in LMH's business.
Janet is Board Champion for Partnerships and is a member of LMH’s Repairs and Maintenance Working Group.
