Applying for sheltered housing
Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH) manages 17 sheltered housing schemes located across Liverpool, all of which have been specially designed for people aged 55 years and older.
Most people aged over 55 are eligible for our sheltered housing accommodation which caters for both people living alone or as a couple.
As the buildings are specifically designed for the easy delivery of any relevant health, care or support services, many people moving into our schemes are able to remain in sheltered housing without the need for moving on again in the future.
Our sheltered housing offers a variety of lifestyle enhancements such as:
- Companionship and a good social life
- Opportunities to organise events and take part in activities with people of a similar age
- The reassurance that a scheme manager is available daily to offer support as required
- Your own front door, with the peace of mind of being in a safe and supportive community
