West Area Housing Office
LMH are no longer using the office at Park Road.
Customers who usually use this office can use the counter facility at:
- LMH East Office : Unit 1, Montrose Business Park, Edge Lane L7 9NB,
- LMH Head Office : Commutation Plaza, Commutation Row, L3 8QF.
You can still continue to contact LMH Connect,(our Customer Services Centre) and it is open for calls between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday and you can call on either of two numbers:
0300 123 2300 (local rate)
Calls to 0300 numbers from mobile phones are at local rates and are cheaper than calls to 0800 numbers and sometimes can be used from 'inclusive minutes' allowances.
0800 678 1894 (freephone)
Calls to 0800 numbers are free from most UK landlines but you may be charged when using a mobile phone. Check with your service provider.
Or try our Do It Online facility here on our website which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and provides access to many of LMH's services including reporting repairs and making rent payments.
Please don't forget that we are also happy to visit you at home to discuss any issues you have.
