All ideas matter to LMH so if you have an idea big or small we would like to hear about it. Your idea could also earn you money!

Rewarding ideas, rewarding creativity

Do you have an idea on how LMH can:

• provide a new service?
• improve an existing service?
• save money?
• reduce waste?

You can contribute as many suggestions as you like. Each suggestion will be assessed; all reasonable suggestions will receive an Encouragement Award of 10 to thank you and encourage you to send in more ideas.

All suggestions big or small will be looked at and if we can 'Do It Now' your suggestion could earn you 25 in cash or vouchers.

If we feel your idea could produce 'Value for Money' (VFM) by generating efficiencies or improvements, your reward could be between 50 and a 100 in cash or vouchers.

All suggestions within this category would automatically be considered for the Single Best Suggestion of the Year! And your reward could include a special Focus Award and also a prize of 250 in cash or vouchers.
