The Customer Involvement Team can help you decide how to get involved, and which ways would suit you best, depending on the amount of free time you have.
You can:
- Start up or join an existing residents group
- Attend quarterly Supported Housing and Leaseholder forums
- Attend residents meetings and community events
- Become a Tenant Inspector
- Review our tenants newsletters and publicity information by joining the Readers Panel
- Fill in regular surveys or arrange a home visit
- Become a Tenant Board Member
- Become an Area Board Member
- Become a Shareholder
- Join the Customer Involvement steering group
- Become a mystery shopper
How much of my time will it take up?
We have developed a system which shows you how much time each option requires. You will see from the clock icon how many hours per month each option requires. So for example a clock showing six hours per month would mean this is a long term commitment with regular meetings.
