FAQs
So how does the scheme work?
AIM is Liverpool Mutual Home’s employee and customer suggestion scheme that rewards your ideas big or small.
Each suggestion will initially be considered by Business Support who will assess whether it qualifies for an Encouragement Award or Do it Now! They may also contact you to find out more about your suggestion.
All ideas would remain anonymous and assessed against set criteria to ensure decisions are fair.
Submitting your idea could not be easier! You can submit your idea right now by completing our online suggestion form.
