Over the next few months we will be reviewing our Income Generation Service. We would like to bring together a focus group of LMH tenants who are willing to help us improve the service. This will involve looking at how we deliver the service to our customers.
We will be looking at developing procedures which will support the collection of rent. We will also be looking at what information, help and advice we could develop to assist our customers with rent payments, benefit/money advice.
If you would like to be involved in the review you would be invited to attend up to four meetings over a two month period.
