About you and the role
We are seeking to appoint an individual who is committed to delivering excellent outcomes for LMH. The post holder will provide high quality ICT services to managers, staff and other customers within a culture of openness, participation and performance.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced IT professional who has a proven track record of working within the housing arena in an application support role.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
- provide high quality ICT services to managers, staff and other customers
- provide day to day support to all users on a number of Housing Systems
- continually improve company ICT solutions and customer satisfaction
- display high degrees of self-motivation, commitment and time management
- continually review processes for the service through effective consultation and partnership arrangements to achieve user expectations
A proven track record in supporting Orchard Housing Applications is essential.
It is desirable for applicants to possess a clean driving license and a car for business use.
