Video: Introduction to improvements
This short film is an introduction to our five year improvement programme. It is designed to act as a guide to what the improvement programme actually means to the customer, how it came about what it will undertake.
There are accompanying videos for each area of the improvement programme scheme. All customers will be receiving a full copy of the Improvement Programme DVD as and when they are scheduled for work to be done.
This DVD is also available upon request subtitled in various languages.
