Tenant Inspectors Needed

25 January 2010

Have you got some spare time over the summer?

Do you want to improve your CV and experience in the workplace?

Do you live in an LMH home?

Liverpool Mutual Homes are currently recruiting for our Tenant Inspections and Mystery Shopping Programme for 2010

We already involve our tenants to check our services and our looking for young people aged 16+ to join our team!

What will being a Tenant Inspector or Mystery Shopping involve?

Tenant Inspectors check our services to make sure we are providing excellent customer service and standards of work for our customers. You could be telephoning our offices to ask questions, or looking around our ready to let properties to check work carried out is up to scratch.

What skills do I need?

You'll need to be professional, punctual and reliable with great attention to detail. You'll be able to travel across Liverpool to carry out your duties, by car or public transport.

How much of my time will it take up?

You'll need to attend 2 half day training sessions and after that, you can carry out as many inspections as you like, depending how much free time you have.

What's in it for me?

Although the position is voluntary, we will pay out of pocket expenses ie bus fares and child care if you have children. Don't worry if you are on benefits, becoming a Tenant Inspector won't affect them.

We will provide full training, which may lead to a qualification.

You will gain invaluable experience and skills in a professional, working environment, to put on your CV.

What's the catch?

You must be a Liverpool Mutual Homes tenant (or your parents if you live with them) or live in a Liverpool Mutual Homes area to be considered. If you are unsure whether you do, please contact us and we can tell you.

How can I apply?

Please call Natalie Pryor to find out more on 0151 235 2449, or register your interest today by filling in a Get in touch form and mark it Tenant Inspector.
