Liverpool Mutual Homes reveals its three-year plan to refurbish ex council houses

LIVERPOOL'S biggest landlord has revealed its plans for refurbishing 15,000 homes across the city. Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH), which took over Liverpool council's houses in March last year, has now released its plan for tenants' homes for the next three years.
