Tenant board member election for North and North West
25 August 2009
Tenant board member Marie Walsh will be retiring from her position as North/North West area tenant board member at LMH’s Annual General Meeting on 28th September 2009.
Tenants and leaseholders living in the North and North West areas are eligible to vote for one of the two candidates standing for this position.
Who will you vote for?
To fill this position, LMH recently invited tenants and leaseholders to submit expressions of interest to join its board. Following significant interest in the position, LMH tenants Janet Bell and Gina Kayne have been shortlisted to stand for nomination via an election of North and North West area tenants and leaseholders.
The successful candidate will have a big influence upon leading LMH over the next three years, including deciding upon spending priorities and the setting of service standards such as the speed and quality of the repairs service – issues that have a very real impact upon all LMH tenants and leaseholders.
