LMH obtains injunction against anti social tenant

2 September 2009

LMH have successfully obtained an injunction at Liverpool Civil and Family Courts against one of their tenants in the North Area of the City.

The resident, who had been disrupting other tenants with banging, singing and playing loud music into the early hours, is now prohibited from engaging in any conduct which is capable of causing nuisance or annoyance to any person living in the block of flats where they live.

Liverpool Mutual Homes will take any breach of the tenancy agreement seriously and are committed to creating sustainable communities where residents can live in peace. The Injunction lasts for 12 months.
