LMH are working in partnership with Ways 2 Work who are offering a pilot scheme in the Everton area of Liverpool to help people break down barriers to work. They are offering support and advice on a number of issues that could be preventing people from finding work. They are helping with such issues as:
- Confidence building
- Improving skills
- Training or re-training
- Managing a health condition
- Ongoing support
- Childcare
- Travel
