Housing Management Contractors
LMH works with experienced and established housing management contractors to ensure that tenants receive the very best levels of service. The twoHousing Management Contractors (HMCs) manage and deliver the housing service in three of our five housing areas.
The two housing management contractors are:
- South and West areas: Plus Dane Group
- East area: Pinnacle PSG
All contractors are involved in managing the major repairs programme and making sure tenants and leaseholders are kept aware of developments and have opportunities to get involved in the new services and repairs programme.
Each Housing Management Contractor has been set targets to deliver consistently high standards of service. They are encouraged to innovate and improve on these high standards. They are held to account by area boards of tenant and residents representatives, who help LMH to regularly monitor their performance.
