Annual Report 2011
Our Annual Report 2011 has now been launched. This is a key way of reporting back to our tenants on how we are performing.
Before producing this Annual Report we asked our customers what they wanted from the report. You told us you wanted to see:
Tenants at the heart of the report
We have built the report around real examples of the work LMH is doing for customers. By sharing these stories you can see how LMH is performing against the goals set under each of our three focus areas in our Corporate Plan.
How LMH is performing
We've reported against each of the TSA's six standards, telling you what's expected of LMH, how we're doing and where we need to improve. We've included key performance indicators so you can see how we measure against other organisations. We have also produced a more detailed assessment document of the Standards.
How money is being spent
We have shown you what we've been spending our money on and where our money comes from. We have also produced a more detailed Financial statement document.
