How are we performing?
Listed below are our Year 1 targets and how we performed against them:
- Full population of the LMH establishment including Managers and Team Leaders who fully understand what will be expected of them with regard to people issues (target met)
- Establishment of the HR team and Implementation of a HR system (target met)
- As part of developing an effective performance management framework carry out PRD's for staff linked to individual Training/Development Plans and the Corporate Plan (target met)
- Establish effective colleague engagement by developing involvement and empowerment (target met)
- Development of a HR strategy (target met)
- Carry out an employee survey to establish baseline (target met)
