How are we performing?

Listed below are our Year 1 targets and how we performed against them:

  • Full population of the LMH establishment including Managers and Team Leaders who fully understand what will be expected of them with regard to people issues (target met)
  • Establishment of the HR team and Implementation of a HR system (target met)
  • As part of developing an effective performance management framework carry out PRD's for staff linked to individual Training/Development Plans and the Corporate Plan (target met)
  • Establish effective colleague engagement by developing involvement and empowerment (target met)
