Focus on Homes
The quality of our tenant homes is at the heart of what we do and we are committed to meeting the unique LMH standard. In addition to a huge home improvement programme, we are tackling a significant backlog in repairs and adaptations and also converting void properties into sought-after homes. Standards of work and our progress in meeting targets will be continuously monitored and recorded.

How are we performing?
Listed below are our Year 1 targets and how we performed against them:
- Delivery of the Year One Improvement Programme evidenced by robust monitoring and reporting arrangements (target met)
- Improvements to the Repairs Service based upon the findings of a fundamental review of the service (target met)
- Address backlogs in repairs and adaptations (target met)
- Reduce the number of long term Void Properties through the development of a Voids Strategy linked to the Asset Management Strategy (target met)
- Develop and publish the Five Year Cyclical and Improvement Plans informed by up to date stock condition data (target nearly met)
- Reduce Void turn around times (target nearly met)
