Policies
The Housing Corporation - the Government's housing watchdog - requires all of its registered members to have clear, robust and effective operational policies in place.
In order to secure registration with the Corporation, LMH is currently working closely with tenants and community groups in developing its draft policies on key issues including Repairs, Customer Services and Anti-Social Behaviour.
You can read some of our policy statements which are listed below. Others will be added to this page shortly. Policies are reviewed on a regular basis.
