About the role
We are seeking an individual who can provide an efficient and comprehensive HR and payroll administration service within a small HR team in a challenging yet rewarding business environment.
Providing a first line service to employees and external bodies, the main duties of the role include working closely with our external payroll provider on a range of payroll tasks, delivering an accurate and competent payroll service. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering a wide range of HR administrative tasks including HR communications, facilitating recruitment processes, coordinating training and maintaining and developing accurate systems and processes for all HR records such as recruitment, training, PR&Ds, sickness and employee records.
It is essential that applicants have substantial payroll experience and a proven track record of successful contribution to a busy HR team.
