LMH now has a Floating Support Service working with you to keep you in your home:
How we can help
We can help if you are an LMH tenant. You can refer yourself, a friend or a neighbour and we can help with things like:
- Having problems managing your home
- At risk of losing your home
- Need social or practical support to help you maintain your tenancy
- A new LMH tenant struggling to set up home for this first time
You can make a referral online using our Floating Support Service form.
