Service charges and insurance
The service charge paid by leaseholders covers their contribution to the upkeep and repair costs of communal areas, the structure of the building, and other specific services provided. They are not charged for general housing management services and will not usually benefit from these.
Leaseholders who pay a service charge will be consulted on all aspects of service delivery that affect their home and community and are encouraged to take an active role in monitoring the standards of service received.
Each year, all leaseholders will be consulted on their service charge.

Leasholder Insurance
