How to pay your rent

Paying your rent on time is a condition of your tenancy and your rent is due every Monday. If you owe rent, you are putting your home at risk. You also affect how much we can spend on repairs, improvements and services.

Online payment

Paying your rent online is simple. Alliance and Leicester process payments on behalf of LMH. To make a payment online log on to www.billpayment.co.uk This will take you to a secure Alliance and Leicester payment area.

Direct Debit: the easiest way to pay

Setting up a direct debit online is the easiest way to pay your rent.

Standing Order

You can pay by Standing Order weekly, fortnightly or monthly direct from your bank account by arrangement with your bank. You can choose when you want the Standing Order to be paid from your account and how much you want to be paid.

Rent Card

There is no payment charge and you can use your ‘swipe card’ to pay your rent at any Post Office branch or any of the 411 Payzone outlets across Merseyside - look for the Payzone logo.

Debit Card

Payments are accepted at LMH head office, Commutation Plaza, 1 Commutation Row, L3 8QF or at your neighbourhood housing office.
