Pay your rent by text
From the 19th September 2011 LMH customers are able to make a rent or leaseholder payment by text.
What you need:
A UK registered mobile phone; an LMH rent payment card containing your rent reference numbers and a current Bank debit card.
How to pay by text:
Step 1: Register online at
https://www.allpayments.net/textpay/login.aspx
(N.B This registration of your Phone No., Bank A'c No. and Rent A/c ref. is only required once)
Step 2: Once registered – each time you wish to pay your rent simply send a text to 81025 with the following details:
"Pay rent"
"payment value"
"your text password" (the last four digits of your Bank debit card No.)
Example: Pay Rent 50.00 12345
Step 3: You will receive a text confirming payment of the requested amount.
