Repairs Update
Following extensive consultation with tenants and stakeholders, Liverpool Mutual Homes has created a new company to deliver its repairs and maintenance work to protect front line services, safeguard jobs and offer better value for money.
Housing Maintenance Solutions (HMS) has been created to deliver LMH’s dedicated responsive repair and maintenance services to its customers. HMS will further increase the speed and quality of the repairs delivered to tenants' homes.
Housing Maintenance Solutions Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Liverpool Mutual Homes. LMH customers should continue to deal directly with LMH for all repair and maintenance requirements. We will contact customers with outstanding routine repairs to let them know when their repair will be carried out. You can still order a repair in the usual ways:

Calls to 0300 numbers from mobile phones are at local rates and are cheaper than calls to 0800 numbers and sometimes can be used from 'inclusive minutes' allowances.

Calls to 0800 numbers are free from most UK landlines but you may be charged when using a mobile phone. Check with your service provider.

Our offices
All offices are open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to
5.00pm. Please note, on Wednesday all offices are
closed from 9.00am to 10.30am for staff training.
