Firstly, all of our staff and contractors carry an identification card or badge and you must check their ID before allowing them to enter your home.
Many tenants have told us how courteous and friendly the contractors are and we stress that in the vast majority of cases, you have absolutely nothing to fear.
However, your neighbourhood housing office will let you know when to expect people and they will be happy to show you their ID and confirm why they are there.
