LMH have been pleased to sponsor in partnership with Healthy Homes & the Liveability service a DVD aimed at the health & wellbeing of our older service users.
The DVD which is hosted by Radio City DJ Pete Price talks through the importance of keeping warm & eating healthy throughout what is expected to be a cold winter whilst providing fun demonstrations of easy to follow chair based exercises designed to keep people fit and active.
