Left in possession
People left in occupation of an LMH property can be considered for the tenancy under the Right of Succession or LMH’s Left in Possession policy.
The Left in Possession policy has been developed to cater for those people who have been left in occupation of a property who do not have an automatic right to succeed to the tenancy.
