Tenancy agreement
LMH has three types of tenancy. They are:
Assured with Protected Rights
This tenancy type is for people who were Liverpool City Council tenants at the time of the stock transfer to LMH. They have the same tenancy conditions that they had when they originally signed their Council tenancy agreement.
Assured
This tenancy type is for people who have moved from another housing association to LMH, or who have moved as a result of an internal transfer.
Assured Shorthold
This tenancy type is for brand new tenants and is equivalent to a 12 month trial period. If the tenant keeps to the terms of the agreement during the first 12 months the tenancy will be upgraded to an Assured Tenancy.
