Improvement programme
LMH is completing improvement work ahead of schedule.
- Heating systems will be completed ahead of schedule during 2009 – 2010
- UPVC window installations will be completed ahead of schedule during 2009 – 2010
- Structural repairs will continue through to 2012 – 2013
- Environmental works will begin in 2010 – 2011 with priority order determined by local area boards
- Additional
work including kitchens, bathrooms and electrical works will be done in
line with the priorities based on stock condition surveys, independent
assessment and tenant consultation.
