About the North West Area
The North West area is bounded by Islington/ West Derby Road, Priory Road in Anfield, North to Breeze Hill, West to the Riverfront, and back to the City Centre. The area comprises approximately 3,800 LMH dwellings.
The office manages properties in Kirkdale, Everton, Anfield, and County Wards. There are numerous new-build developments in the area and the area team work closely with other RSL’s in order to facilitate the rehousing of remaining tenants from flats that are scheduled for demolition. The main areas for new build include near to the Easby estate and the Bishop Goss area close to the City Centre.
