Ground maintenance programme
LMH service covers the maintenance of grass, shrubs and trees within the front garden areas of flats & maisonettes and the open areas of land transferred to LMH under the stock transfer.
The new arrangements will result in a better value for money service, with an improvement in quality and frequency of maintenance and a minimum of 15 grass cuts within the growing season of April to October 2009 and twice during March 2010.
The contractor has produced an annual work programme. The list below shows how the programme works to a fortnightly grass cutting cycle throughout the growing season (weather permitting).
In the North West Area, work takes place on Monday to Wednesday, and on Thursday to Friday in the weeks shown below.
