Liverpool Housing Development Partnership is an agreement between Liverpool City Council, private developer Redrow Homes, Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH) and property contractor Wilmott Dixon to drive up the range and quality of properties in the city.
The partnership will provide housing (for sale and rent), jobs, apprenticeships and thriving communities for the people of Liverpool and those looking to make their home in Liverpool.
Redrow Homes and LMH will jointly build 1,500 new homes and LMH aims to bring up to 1,000 back into use as part of a ?205 million investment over the next five years.

Liverpool Mutual Homes (via the JV North Framework) has entered into a contract with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) to deliver new homes. The contract includes for the HCA to provide funding to support our development programme. As part of our agreement with the Homes and Communities Agency, we follow their guidance in relation to Transparency Obligations and will publish details of all development related expenditure over £500 on a quarterly basis.
