Direct Debit Customer Notice


LMH have been made aware of a nation-wide issue with AllPay taking duplicate Direct Debit payments from some customer accounts. AllPay are currently dealing with the problem and are refunding duplicate payments as a matter of urgency. Any charges incurred will also be met by AllPay in accordance with the Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme. Thank you for your cooperation as we continue to work with AllPay to resolve this issue.
