LMH has been made aware of an issue with AllPay possibly taking duplicate Direct Debit payments from some customer accounts.
The issue appears to affect customers who had a payment due on Thursday 7th December.
LMH is advising tenants whose Direct Debit payment was due on Thursday 7th December to contact their bank to check if a duplicate payment has been taken. If that is the case, please request your bank to reinstate one of the payments under the Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme.
