With 7.4 million people in Britain using the Internet less than once a week, LMH is joining the campaign to get communities online.
Reading this story on our website means you are already a step ahead, but are you getting the most out of the Internet?
Our staff are on hand to help tenants and their families become more digitally confident - whether that’s by taking the first step with social media, keeping up with the news or benefiting from LMH’s 24/7 secure digital services.
We can help you:
- Register for ‘My Account’ - the convenient way to check your current rent balance, make a rent payment and book repairs, anytime day or night. Head to My Account for more information.
- Manage a Universal Credit (UC) claim - this new welfare benefit is a full digital service and you’ll need to have a valid email address before you start. More information on Universal Credit is available.
- Improve your digital skills - from basic computer know-how to using the Internet and even working towards an IT qualification. Our charitable arm ComMutual runs over 100 FREE weekly IT sessions for tenants in various digital hubs across Liverpool.
- Find the right job - using FREE online work search tools. Come along to one of our digital hubs for help with Universal Jobmatch. Liverpool Mutual in Work also runs free job clubs in both North and South Liverpool.
Find out how LMH and ComMutual are supporting the community during Get Online Week via the ComMutual events calendar.
If you think a family member or relative who is also with LMH could benefit from the online support available, call us on 0800 678 1894 and ask for the ComMutual team.
