Important Notice - Online Payments


The service provider we use to handle secure online payments for customers will be changing in the next few weeks. As a result of the transfer to the new service provider, the option to make a payment online will not be available from Monday 22nd April for a period of approximately six weeks. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

If you currently pay your rent online, there are several other convenient ways to make a payment:

  • Direct Debit

The easiest way to pay your rent is by direct debit. We have a range of customer payment dates including: Weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or by calendar month, on any date. Contact us on 0800 678 1894 and we will do the rest.

  • Rent Payment Card

You can use your rent ‘swipe card’ at any Post Office or Payzone outlets across Liverpool - look for the Payzone logo.

  • Telephone

You can make a payment 24/7 by calling 0800 678 1894 and selecting Option 2 for rents, then Option 1. You will need to know your rent payment card number and have a debit card in order to make the payment.

  • Text

To pay your rent by text, log onto our website . Click the “Make a Payment” “Paying your Rent” and then pay your rent by text and follow the on-line instructions.

We will update customers once the online service is operational via the new company provider.
