Important Payment Method Update


If you currently make rent payments via Santander using either their Payzone, Post Office or Standing Order functions, we will recently have contacted you by letter to advise that we were moving away from Santander as a payment solution provider within the Liverpool heartland.

If you have made any rent recent payments that aren’t reflected on your rent statement or you wish to take advantage of one of our alternative payment methods please contact Torus Customer Hub as soon as possible on 0800 678 1894 or info@torus.co.uk.

 

Other ways to pay your rent


Rent payment card:

The new Torus PayPoint rent payment card can be used free of charge any of the 28,000 Post Office or PayPoint outlets.

IF YOUR RENT PAYMENT CARD HAS ‘LMH’ ON IT PLEASE DO NOT USE AND DISPOSE OF IT.  IF YOU MAKE PAYMENTS ON THIS CARD IT WILL NOT BE CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. YOU NEED TO USE THE TORUS RENT PAYMENT CARD.

Don’t miss a rent payment – set up a Direct Debit:

The easiest way to pay is by Direct Debit.  Payments will be taken weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly from your bank account on a date that suits you. Contact us and we will do the rest.

 

Standing Orders:

If you wish to continue to pay by Standing Order you will need to contact Torus Customer Hub to get the new payment details.

Struggling to pay your rent?

Your rent is charged depending on your tenancy agreement and in most cases is due in advance.  If your rent is charged weekly, but you choose to pay your rent on a monthly basis you need to ensure your payments are made in advance to avoid falling into arrears.

If you're having difficulty keeping up with your weekly rent payments or need help to claim Universal Credit, please contact us so we can do our best to help.
