To help enhance the customer experience, LMH has developed a new improved version of My Account making it easier for customers to:
- Report repairs
- Make a payment
- Update contact details
Once launched on 5th November, existing My Account users will be automatically taken to the new version. Customers registering as a new user can do so with their tenancy number.
From 5th November, there will be step by step instructions on how to register as a new user on the home screen of My Account.
