Welcome to the Autumn 2018 edition of LMH Money Matters

LMH is always looking at ways to enhance the customer experience. Whether it relates to improving the process to report repairs, accessing employment support, receiving help to prepare for the changes to Welfare Benefit and more, it’s about ensuring practical recourses are available at your fingertips. This issue’s highlights includes:

  • Sign up to the new improved My Account, making it easier to; report repairs, make rent payments and update contact details
  • Some practical advice to help manage Christmas on a budget
  • With the rollout of the Universal Credit (UC) digital service happening across the region, find out what changes are taking place in your area
  • Paid work placements available for 16-29year olds as part of the Access to Work Programme
  • Borrowing money safely and avoiding options that lead to extremely high interest rates and repayments
  • Look out for LMH customers who’ve become Digital Champions to help other customers
