Families have begun to move into their brand-new LMH homes at Warwick Street in South Liverpool.
Delivered in partnership with local contractor The Flanagan Group, the Warwick Street development has transformed blocks of neglected 1960s maisonettes in the L8 area into much-needed quality homes for affordable rent.
The 29-home scheme features a mix of two-bedroom detached, semi-detached and terraced properties. Each benefits from fitted Magnet kitchens and Porcelanosa tiled bathrooms, which provide a luxury feel.
Natalie has just moved in. Her new home is an excellent start for her, being close to her family whilst providing the right setting for an independent lifestyle. “It’s a great house, I can’t wait to bring family and friends round to see it,” she explains.
New resident Sophie said: “I love it, it’s gorgeous. LMH has been so friendly and helpful and now I’ve got a great new home for myself and my daughter. We’re so lucky, everyone’s been really supportive.”
LMH talked Sophie through the moving in process; staff were available on the day to show her how to programme the Vaillant boilers that feature in every property and offer tips on looking after the home and lawn.
The high specification Warwick Street homes have been completed to the highest standard and are well located for city centre transport and local schools.
The remaining homes are close to completion and more residents will be moving in soon.
