We are delivering a £20 million scheme as part of the wider redevelopment of Edge Lane by building 145 affordable luxury homes. In partnership with Liverpool City Council, LMH will transform this gateway to the City.

The modern homes, suitable for young professionals and working families are close to Liverpool University, the Royal Liverpool Hospital and the Dental Hospital. The City Centre is a short walk, cycle ride or bus journey away and the M62 is within easy access.

107 one, two and three bed apartments will be available via Rent to Buy, many with an ensuite bedroom as well as a bathroom. Each apartment will have car parking and cycle parking and the majority will have either a garden area or roof terrace.

38 contemporary 2 and 3 bedroom homes for sale via Shared Ownership will benefit from gardens and car parking.
