LMH is committed to involving tenants and leaseholders in all aspects of how we provide housing services. The Customer Involvement Team are currently speaking to tenants about becoming more involved.
We recognise that customers should be able to get involved at a level that suits them and in issues they are interested in. We also aim to offer involvement opportunities that are not only convenient to customers but also offer a personal as well as a collective say.
If you are passionate about improving LMH services and are able to offer some time to get involved whether from the comfort of your own sofa, on a regular basis or just as a one off there are lots of ways you can get involved in a way that suits you best.
