Shared Ownership 

As a Shared Owner you have bought a share of your home and pay rent on the remaining shares, until you own 100% of your home. You may also pay a service charge which covers your contribution to the upkeep costs of communal areas, the structure of the building, and other specific services.

As a Shared Owner you will not be charged for, or entitled to, general housing management services, such as responsive repairs to your home. Each year, all Shared Owners will be consulted on their service charge.
